10/11/2010 Meeting Notes

· Discussed progress on Alumni Contact List. Maureen McGarry reported on the Alumni page that will be part of the new school website. To date, our website (www.stodiliaschoolalumni.com) has 684 Registrants and 2142 website hits.

· Recap of Fall Festival – Our table promoted the upcoming reunion. Over 100 new registrations were collected.

· We will be serving donuts after all masses on Sunday, December 5^th, 2010. A table will be set up for alumni to visit and register their contact information on the website. Volunteers are still needed.

· St. Rose of Lima Reunion – Ramona met with the principal of St. Rose of Lima, Roseville, to discuss their 70^th School Reunion. He shared valuable information on the do’s and don’ts for organizing a successful reunion. He is available as a resource as planning continues.

· Reunion Sub-Committee Meetings – To date, the focus has been on developing an alumni contact list. Planning of the actual reunion event is now beginning. Committees have been established (see “Reunion Committees” list) and volunteers are needed in all areas. Diane Cunningham Clausen reported that some money was left over from the 1993 reunion. Ramona Michaels will check with Tom Schumacher to see if the funds may be available to use for the upcoming reunion.

The sub-committees broke into their small groups to exchange contact information and ideas. Each group will work independently on their areas of focus and report back to the larger group at the monthly meetings.
